General Cancellation Policy:

• No cancellation charges for reservations canceled more than 30 days before arrival. Bank charges may apply for refunds.
• One-day pro-rata cancellation charge will be applied for cancellations received between 15 and 30 days before arrival.
• Full retention will be charged for cancellations received within 15 days of arrival.

Exceptions:

Please note that the above cancellation policy may not apply during peak periods, such as long weekends, Christmas, New Year, or other times when rooms may be confirmed subject to a non-refundable advance.

Hotel’s Liability:

If the hotel is unable to accommodate your confirmed reservation, we will assist in finding an alternative accommodation of similar quality. However, the hotel is not liable for any compensation or damages in such cases.
